The only thing that can defeat the Mutant Ninja Capitol Cops is their own heavy body shell armor riot gear which can cause both exhaustion and heat stroke. So much for the days when a lone Texas Ranger could be sent into a rowdy town armed only with a gun, a badge, and a Stetson to take care of the situation.
