And how many of those groups are under UCMJ?
They signed up and accepted the consequences of their actions, which includes vaccinations and orders they don’t like.
If it’s that big a deal, then they can take the DD and hope it can be reduced someday to a OTH or general discharge. Hopefully they won’t hold their breath too long on that one.
A DD is the same and carries the same restrictions as a felony.
That’s absolutely horrible. I didn’t know DD carried those restrictions! I thought it was more of an issue with finding a job later on, but had no idea they lose 2nd amendment rights, and voting rights. Absolutely wrong!! The “rulers” of our country are so incredibly evil right now, I just cant believe the wicked power and control they have.

Does a “Dishonorable Discharge” mean anything anymore?
I don’t remember ever being asked about the type of discharge I had received. Perhaps in some jobs it matters but it should not stop someone from getting on with their life.
These “mandates” have become the left’s Rubicon. The full consequences have not become clear yet but I think this is a big mistake for the Democrats.

FYI, a DD cannot be issued without a general court martial. Which requires a military judge and a panel of officers, a prosecutor, an article 32 investigation, and a court-appointed JAG defense. IOW, logistical nightmare. Maybe a few trials to set examples. More likely, a resort to lesser discharges, even some administrative. Lotta paperwork, but easier to execute. Destined to be undone with mass pardons, anyhow. Remember, even Jimmy Carter reversed bad discharges of all sorts for deserters and others, including the (very likely less than honorable) discharge for “Reporting for Duty” John Kerry.
Look, if DoD starts giving disproportionate bad discharges to blacks, something gonna hit the fan that not even a black SecDef can forestall.
Morale is gonna go to the bottom of the lake, if this holds up.
The very notion of threatening a DD before trial is so bad an idea that it could very likely be a turning point in the Madness of King Biden’s reign.

“Vaccinations & orders they don’t like”??? Well, there’s some real reasons not to like them with all the controversy floating around about the Covid “Vaccine” Military folks should never be used for guinea pigs! I had a lot of shots when I was enlisted, but the shots were tested & proven & had been used for a long time & there no stories going around about lethal effects from them.. Just read today that a doctor/researcher had found some strange compounds in Covid vaccine;stuff you wouldn’t want in your body most likely. Were the military personnel informed of this beforehand? Then could this be classified as an illegal order? Don’t see how “their actions” under UCMJ could be considered even voluntary as involves shots; especially those of unknown origin. I guess some of the higher-ups in the military figure it’s no big deal if a few enlisted men die of undisclosed causes. With some of the stuff going on in the military lately, I sure wouldn’t advise anyone to enlist at least until we get a real president back as CIC.

As far as the military folks go - they are entitled to their gripes, only natural. Just like the service isn’t fair and the big green weenie will serve up a big dose of unfair and stupid regularly. It sucks, but that’s what they signed up for - and if it’s important enough to them to pay the price, then they have that option.
Frankly, the best thing that could happen is a mass refusal by ALL the unvaccinated troopies, but that’s not likely.
