I've tried to argue those points, in a rational manner, since February (and I don't believe I've ever suggested that my view is uniquely correct - and odds are it isn't). And FWIW, while I sympathize with people in any country that is being invaded, I do not think the "moral obligation" argument by itself is sufficient to risk the lives of US military personnel - there is no end to people who need help, but way too many US servicemen have already died, in wars that appear (in retrospect) to have been unnecessary.
