Billionaire Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates flexed his leftist bona fides by advocating for world governments to centralize control over digital payments.
A June 29 World Bank press release stated that following the COVID-19 pandemic, “Two-thirds of adults worldwide now make or receive a digital payment, with the share in developing economies grew [sic] from 35% in 2014 to 57% in 2021.” The press release, which was based on findings from the Gates-supported 2021 Global Findex database, noted that “over 40% of adults who made merchant in-store or online payments using a card, phone, or the internet did so for the first time since the start of the pandemic.” Gates suggested in the press release that governments exploit this development and start investing in Orwellian digital public infrastructures for payments and ID systems.
“By investing in digital public infrastructure and technologies for payment and ID systems and updating regulations to foster innovation and protect consumers, governments can build on the progress reported in the Findex and expand access to financial services for all who need them,” Gates fawned in a statement. “The world has a crucial opportunity to build a more inclusive and resilient economy and provide a gateway to prosperity for billions of people.”

... because governments need to know every single thing that every single person ever buys. For, you know, the children.
Whatever Bill Gates tells us to do, do the opposite. Payment systems can be completely in the private sector. Part of that requires removing control from government and the Fed. They are failed institutions in fiscal and monetary policies. Their powers need to be reduced, not enhanced.
Tin gods like Gates and other WEF members need to be watched closely, leave the rest of us alone.

16 And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their right hand, or upon their forehead; 17and that no man should be able to buy or to sell, save he that hath the mark, even the name of the beast or the number of his name.
We already have that. It's called the IRS.
So one reason why they planned and implemented the pandemic was to push us closer to all-digital currency and ultimate control.
I don’t doubt for one second that the left is planning a switch to all-digital, and that it will be disguised as an innocent shiny spanking new “convenient currency.”
When that happens, the government will simply take what it wants from your accounts, and transfer it to its favored people to reward them for their votes.
Of course, any accumulation of savings will be gone in an instant - if there’s any left after biden’s inflation renders it worthless.
Evidently Elon Musk sees this in his tea leaves, hence his move at Twitter.

Gates has ALL the markings of a paedophile power freak, and recluse (a la Howard Hughes). A freak— who, incidentally did NOT invent the operating system which began Microsoft. He worked for someone else writing software which he “stole” at a low price- and then marketed to computer makers (the famous idiotic statement from IBM that “the money’s in the box”- allowing him to fee license software all over for billions. A crappy patch patch patch vulnerable set up- hurting millions while forcing them to use it.. windows 11— sheesh).

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Roberts in GA. When he died realizing his dream of being an old fashioned house calling physician— he was visited by both Gates and Allen who came into Macon, GA by their private jets to see him the ICU of Middle Georgia Hospital. Ed Roberts is a largely unheralded genius self made man. And he despised what he called a “crook” that was and is Bill Gates.
They have to disarm us first.
Here in NJ we are regressing; the Dems passed a law requiring businesses to accept cash because there are so many illegals here (invited by same Dems) and they use cash for everything.
I’m OK with forcing businesses to accept cash; it is why we make it, and I have no interest in leaving electronic trails everywhere.
