This seems like it could be the most expensive vote buying scheme in U.S. history, or at least one of them.
The President does not have the ability to spend money without the Congress. We are not a dictatorship yet.
The GOP could sue to stop it, but they won’t.
They could have sued to stop DACA before it got started, but they didn’t.
Maybe only eclipsed by the “Great Society.”
