I heard it was a Fifth Circuit Court ruling that overturned the district court and granted their release. I’ll see if I can find it.

I can’t find an actual ruling. But, am finding several reports that they have been released. And, since they appealed the ruling to the 5th Circuit, I’m assuming that’s what happened. Unless of course, the District Judge reversed his own ruling. Hopefully, more info will come out tomorrow.

In the last two days both Trump and Bannon came out swinging HARDCORE over Gregg and Catherine’s imprisonment.
Over a civil matter no less, you know, NOT criminal!!
This judge needs to be impeached over this overtly political imprisonment!
That’s only allowed in DC...
