Joe Biden is taking a much-needed Caribbean vacation, away from the stress and hassle of Washington DC and the ongoing pressures a President faces. And as he tells Jimmy on this phone call, the time away has given Biden the space to ponder his decision about running again in 2024 and whether he really wants to mount another campaign for the White House with that lodestone Kamala Harris around his neck
