Many liberals are currently scratching their heads over why Alvin Bragg's laughably WEAK indictment of President Donald Trump was the first such case. One big reason for their puzzlement is they believe such a pathetic case could undermine the other cases against Trump which they believe are much stronger. However, one of America's top lawyers, Robert Barnes, has a theory as to why the Bragg indictment was first. Namely that it is actually the STRONGEST of the cases. In other words despite Bragg's widely mocked case that almost all legal experts believe is a joke, it is the BEST case they got according to Barnes.

That’s a bit of a misleading description of what Barnes said (and thanks for posting the link on that other thread, BTW). He says the NYC case is the “strongest” not on the basis of the law, but for logistical and political reasons. The Georgia case will go nowhere because it’s a Republican state, and the Federal case is hampered by the political optics of having the DOJ prosecute a presidential candidate.
none of these are going anywhere, and when Trump beat them (and he will) he will come out even stronger.

And I fit all those qualifications in a headline HOW? But basically the headline is correct in that the reason is given in the video itself. And for a homework assignment, please write me a headline that not only contains the stipulations you point out but is BRIEF enough to fit in the title.
Trump is a smart guy no matter what some people say, but there is a limit to the pressure you can be under for a long period of time.

When a lawyer describes a case as “strong,” it’s generally in the context of the merits of the case under the law — not for other reasons.
If they pursue the mar a Lago angle, it puts the spotlight on all the docs that the bushes Clinton’s and Obama’s have taken.
"Strong" as in relation to the other "Get Trump" cases and since Bragg's case is laughably non-existent, what does that say about the other cases? Plus the description is used to hint at what is in the video. I don't like to spoil surprises.

Notice the template that is being used. First there is a target: Trump. Second, there is an investigation. Third, there is a search for a crime to link to the target.
This is where the legal system has gone awry. Notice how many investigations, teams, special projects that are started to end crime of one sort or another. Law enforcement embeds itself into groups and manipulates individuals (entraps) into committing crimes. This is big business. It keeps LEO’s, DA’s, PD’s, Lawyers. courts, prisons and so much more in the money.
This needs to be streamlined. An obvious crime, committed against a real victim and that real victim of crime must file a complaint. Crimes cannot be government generated. Period.
Not to mention all the docs theyve around Biden circle. Kinda opens a pandoras box if they go all in on Trump over these supposed classified docs.
