Tens of thousands of fans boycotted Pride Night after the major league baseball team announced they would honor an anti-gay hate group.

The stadium announcer followed through with the celebration by honoring and recognizing the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” a group of drag queen nuns who mock Christians and blaspheme God’s Word.

Video, which you can see below, shows hardly anyone in the cavernous stadium when the pervert nuns were recognized about an hour before the first pitch.

Thousands and thousands of Christians gathered outside the stadium to protest. Click here for videos of the demonstrations.

teh protest was good, more bishops and clergy of all faiths should have been supporting it but the attendance for the night was reported at 49,000 I believe so the Dodgers will just shrug off the protest unless they continue

Trying to indulge the ESG tyrants is pretty much a fool’s errand. The LA Dodgers might not go into receivership because of this, but the general admonition “Go woke, go broke” is certainly going to affect their bottom line.

Never mind, the rest of the league will pick up the LA Dodgers’ deficits as part of league operating rules.

Unless the rest of the league also falls for these demands to adopt ESG restrictions and enforced compliance with their own set of rules.

So 43k attendance is boycotting? How big is that stadium to say 40k plus attendees is a boycott.

The Democrats thought that letting Hispanic immigrants into our country would add to their base. Looks like it just might be backfiring. It gives me hope for our future. God bless those protesters standing up for their Christian beliefs.

I’m done with professional sports. I won’t spend a penny on any pro merchandise. I cut the cable cord long ago. I’ve formulated my standard reply when anyone attempts a conversation about pro sports, “I don’t talk about sports that support faggotry and gender denial while denigrating my religion.”

There are many other worthy and industrious pursuits than watching ignorant grown men play children’s games.

I guess it’s okay to hate Catholics, but not groups Democrats pander to.

And the Dodgers’ fan base, and attendance is also very much Hispanic. I can assure you, there were many more Hispanics inside that stadium than outside.

Baseball teams notoriously fudge attendance statistics, and have done so for decades. I have seen major league games in September when two teams out of contention play to nearly empty stands, and the home team reports 15-20,000 in attendance.

If fewer seats are occupied, merchandise sales decline and fewer eyes are watching the Dodgers on TV, the bottom line will suffer. Major league sports were heavily into BLM and some fans boycotted when the players kneeled at the national anthem. However, that was only a one year loss. I hope that the large Catholic population of Southern California sustains a boycott. After the effects of boycotts on Bud Light and Target, I am more optimistic.

the pervert nuns were recognized about an hour before the first pitch.

The key info here is "an hour before the first pitch." The stands are always empty an hour before the first pitch.

The phrase used is “Paid Attendance”. Season ticket holders are counted whether they attend or not. I’m sure there were thousands of other folks who had purchased nonrefundable tickets.
