Most people who have seen the pieces like what the powder coat wizards have done.
They did a great job rehabbing the original body tub. It has a few minor flaws I can live with or cover up somehow.
My Willys body tub is a little better than rusted scrap. I dread going to the rip off replica tubs but I don’t have much of choice. That will be the last big part.

I have a buddy that ran into a cash flow problem some years ago. He traded his car payment for a lease payment. He likely reduced his monthly payments by several hundred dollars. I didn't pry, but I don't think he was underwater on the car loan.

Our Master of Ceromonies informed a Mercedes was outside and the lights were on.
Seeing no one leave the dinner tables he inquired “Does anyone have a grey Mercedes? Your lights are on”
One fella responded “We drive trucks. We’re poor and can’t afford no fancy car!”
He then caught himself and declared “Wait a minute. Our trucks cost more them fancy cars....oh well”
