great response:
“PUTIN: I would rather not get into domestic American politics but will say my embassy reported your southern border was better run than that 2020 election. (chuckles)”

Is it too late for him to enter the Democrat primaries against Biden? He’s no more a Communist or fascist than they are, and his views are a lot more sensible on a range of issues

It reminds me a little of the movie "The Interview" from 2014. But I do salute Tucker for being the one who had the cojones to actually go over and get the interview. This is the type of thing that can break barriers and hopefully help to get our deraigned foreign policy back on track. We currently have a senile old man at the helm with his underlings toying with starting WWIII.

Great interview. Maybe even historic.

TUCKER: So you won’t get to see Taylor Swift either then? PUTIN: No. We have been given a reprieve.
LOL!

I’m not sure if this interview was through interpreters?
Regardless, the Russian responses resonated with me. Good humor, good jabs at some Americans that need to be jabbed, and a fair amount of truth telling.
I would expect much less honesty in an interview with any Democrat leader.

Putin and Tucker made some very damning points about the current state of the US. Biden can be severely damaged by the contents of this interview, especially the slick way in which Putin makes his points about Biden not being in charge or understanding what he is doing.
No communication with the White House - none since they congradulated Biden on winning....
Biden may not know the extent of the sanctions, those who made are the actual ruling or controlling group in the US.
We’re convinced Biden not running the country. Let’s say we have sources that confirm that but it’s plain for anyone to see. The US has now entered into a dark period. It has unaccountable leadership.
The crack about the boarder mess being better run than the 2020 election;)
It has been amature hour in D.C. since Blinken was made SecState. Blinken is a domestic political thug, and this type of openly corrupt power politics does not translate into world politics or diplomacy. Blinken was better suited to RussiaGate assisting the Clinton wing, to getting Intel Officer’s signatures lying about Hunter’s laptop, etc. He is out of his leauge and he is surrounded by left-wing idealouges within the DOS who openly discriminate against the republicans and christians they work with.
The world is experiencing the Blinken effect of a left-wing state department/DNC/CIA nexus of being stuck on stuipid, and not knowing why they believe what they believe.

TUCKER: Who would you like to see as the next president of the United States?
PUTIN: Once again it is not for us to say or get involved. Contrary to longstanding accusations we do not meddle in your elections. We don’t need to because the same people end up running things anyway.

“Did we invade or were we invaded? Look at the history. Look at the people living there. Historically it’s we who were invaded and are simply fighting back now. The lands and people are Russian and we will have again what was always ours.”
Putin’s big lie - the people of Ukaine are Russian, not Ukrainians.
Hitler, noting the Germanic people (Angles, Saxons, Francs, and Scandavians) built most of Western Europe so Germany was right to occupy it.
Putin sounds just like Hitler.

TUCKER: One poll in America shows you more popular than Biden – any reaction? PUTIN: (laughs) I don’t know if that should be taken seriously but Russian ideals have support. We believe in traditional values; marriage is between a man and a woman: men are men and women are women.
What? What? Is Putin saying if a man has surgery to make him look like a dog, that's he's NOT a dog? Oh the horror..../s

Kind of makes you wonder if living in Russia would be better than living in the US.

PUTIN: Our message is Russia is not your enemy. We don’t want war. We’re ready for peace. Your leaders seek conflict. This is not what we want. Russia stands for its own people. We do not want what is not ours. Ok.. Missed an opportunity there to have Putin define that that last part means. 'Cause right now? It appears he thinks Finland, Poland, and Ukraine should be included in that equation...

I cannot see Biden have an interview at that depth and being cognizant. Trump, yes.
To: jimwatx
PUTIN: No. Of course not. But should he win again our lines of communication would open up instantly whereas right now we have no dialogue with President Biden. TUCKER: That’s shocking to me. No o e from the White House has been in contact with you? PUTIN: That’s right. No one has called since we congratulated Mr. Biden on his election victory. It’s puzzling to us that communications are colder now than during the cold war. 2 things 1. Putin has now done more actual American press interviews than Biden. 2. If Biden were to have a press question, maybe someone will ask why he is not speaking with Putin.
