In their case it is obvious they got a curved grade in law school and the Bar because of their skin color.

I never went to law school, but I did pass the CPA exam. It took me 3 tries, as I returned to the accounting field and 15 years after graduating from college. I often wonder how some of these people, from all backgrounds, races, and creeds, passed the bar exam.
