Oh, I can just go ahead and give the history here. At least the FR history, if no one else minds.
The pioneers of this forum founded it in the summer of 2001. Actually, it was just a thread then. The pioneers had been posting as regulars on Lucianne.com. When she began to ban persons for no reason, they migrated here and began posting to each other. I mean to say, they were prolific posters just chatting and chatting. LOL I forget what they called themselves then, but Jim's friend Joe named them Freeoples.
Anyway, I took offense at their postings because at the time Jim was really hard on us for wasting bandwidth. So, I became their site pest. LOL I even asked JimRob to ban me because of our dispute...and he did. But, I asked to be reinstated when he explained that he was opening a general interest forum for chat. So, I didn't look at this thread or forum for quite some time.
Anyway, I digress. I believe it was Mo who set up the official forum listed as Freeoples. Others who were original posters have wandered off to mingle with the gothics and such on another forum, but some are back. LOL
Anyway, you will not find a more diverse and interesting peoples as here.

Northern Idaho is different than where we live...they tend to get more snow and less bitter cold. We get a lot more below zero temps than they do in Coeur d' Alene and Sandpoint.

Our little ranchito looking toward the west. The photo is from the state lease section that goes with the place. The cottonwood trees at the base of the hill in the distance is the county road...my deeded land goes up the side of the dry hills. A pretty creek goes through the property and passes next to the little homestead cabin near the fir tree.
There is an old house, you can see the roof to the right of the fir tree, that was built in 1937...the renters keep fixing the thing up to where it's quite liveable. Wish they'd hurry up and finish so we can kick them out and move back home.

I am still reeling from this canibal, I am surprize how indifferent you guys are!
Mr Meiwes, from Rotenburg, says his victim was a willing participant who ate part of his own body before Mr Meiwes stabbed him to death and stored his remains in a freezer.
Mr Meiwes told investigators he took Mr Brandes back to his home, where Mr Brandes agreed to have..... cut off, which Mr Meiwes then flambeed and served up to eat together.

Prosecutors are seeking a conviction of murder for "sexual satisfaction", as cannibalism is not technically illegal under German law. To be honest, I didn't get a chance to read it before
There are some really whacked out people out there
I am surprised this isn't illegal in Germany

I am still reeling from this canibal, I am surprize how indifferent you guys are!I work in the high Andes and fly in a small plane all over the Andes. While at camp last week I watched the movie "Alive". Cannibalism is always on my mind...I try and make sure there are a couple of fat guys on the plane everytime we fly up to camp.

Resty!
Dang, it's time for dinner. Please stop with the cannibal stuff...
Get yourself some Fritos, or something else to gnaw on.
Let the cannibalism go.
Please.

Got to go...time to pack the truck with all my junk for the week. Will leave here about 0500 for the 2 1/2 hour drive to the site. From the phone calls today, apparently I have a couple of disasters to sort out.
To: Cuttnhorse
Godspeed and good luck with your geniuses down there.

I've heard about that cannibal. Imo, he looks more like Woody Harrelson, but yes there is a resemblance to Felos. Doesn't George look like such a warm, fuzzy guy?
