A Thai waiter wears a condom over his head while serving a cocktail as a patron looks on at the Cabbages and Condoms restaurant in Bangkok. The restaurant aims to educate the public about safe sex. Forget the moral issue of promoting condoms over abstinence: Does anybody really want to go to a restaurant and be reminded of latex bags filled with bodily fluids right before they eat? And you just know somebody's going to make a bad joke when you decide how big a tip to leave.

Dedication
This week's Caption-A-Rama is dedicated to the soldiers of the 4th Infantry Division and their families. Can't beat the original caption on this one: This memorial honoring the 81 soldiers of the 4th Infantry Division who were killed in the war in Iraq is shown on Monday, July 12, 2004, at Fort Hood, Texas. It also honors a civilian killed while working there for the division. Bronze for the casting came from remelted statues of Saddam Hussein.
Rest in peace, heroes proved.
