If this is a live feed, it would put in somewhere in Seoul or Tokyo, except that the clock is off by 1/2 hour on the camera feed.

Ahh yes...winter in Fairbanks...I did a few of those once upon a time. Looking across the Cushman St. bridge. To you left, in that little mini-mall there used to be (maybe still is) a business named..."The Party Store." And next to it was a liquor store with a drive-up window. Drinks could be bought in 'Go Cups.' At the time I was there drinking and driving was completely legal if you had the drink in a cup. The citation was for..."Intoxicated Operation." Drinking - OK, Being a DRUNK Driver - Not OK. It seemed to be a rather reasonable way of looking at things.
Of course as the population grew and morals from the 'Lower 48' were imported, things changed.
And then there was the famous (some would say infamous) Chena Bar on the equally famous (infamous) "2 Street." But thats another story for another time...lol.

It has definitely keeping me entertained. I watched the Baskin Robbins last night and returned to it today.
I had trouble getting some of the others to work, but I like watching the guys coming in and flirting with these Baskin Robbins girls.
This is cool.
