No threat to US
...Tropical depression forms...warning issued for Bermuda...
At 5 PM AST...2100 UTC...the Bermuda Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Bermuda. A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected within the warning area within the next 24 hours.

Bermuda will have no problem with a tropical storm if it reaches that strength. We won't even remember Harvey next year.

I am thinking of moving from Jacksonville to the Cape Verde Islands for the storm season. They don't get hit there they simply form there. LOL!
I love virtuarlly every line in that movie, regardless of who says it, but this is my all time favorite (and words I live by):
