Archives on my home page, ping list, you know the drill.
Let's get pingy with it.
first? I am never first!
Thanks for the ping & good work as usual PC.. taking a quick PC break.. lots home emergency situaitons here in COLD Ohio.. no ufrnace man yet.. maybe tomorrow. ? although I am hoping for later tonight
Actually, I think you've been first once before.
Oh, that sounds terrible. It's cold here in NC, and all I've got in my bedroom is a base heater. It turns the room into an oven. I have to sleep with it off.
I lived in Ohio for 18 years before moving to FL, and I don't miss the snow and cold at all...well, maybe on Christmas. The rest of the winter, no thanks.
when I left Ohio after college, I swore I would NEVER return. That just shows one should never swear. I came to help my mom, who the docs gave about 6 months to live.. that was 15 years ago. had I known, I would have left & told her to come with me or be on her own (assisted living)
I did want her to be able to spend her last months/time in the home she & dad shared for decades etc.
sigh..
I miss the warmth. I have lived in Fla(3 times), Houston, NC, and central america.. I truly miss the warmth AND the ocean..
there are some nice folks here & some other nice things about the area but the weather is surely NOT among them!
LOL!!
I like the rainbows and smiley faces.
So do the Japanese.
Actually, I'm a little jealous. I always wanted to be able to draw.
I've been back twice, once for a Browns game and once to visit some friends, and I may have to go back again in a month. I currently don't have any plans to come back to Ohio permanently.
I could help you out if you wanted.
Sadly, I'm beyond help. (in many ways! ;-) )
I don't disagree with the "many ways" part, but I don't think you're beyond help. I used to not be able to draw squat. I taught myself 5 years ago how to draw. If I can do it, anyone can.
I like the chaotic animals in the background.
It's a parody of Japanese animation. For some reason, the Japanese love to cram their cartoons with irritatingly cute animals with high-pitched voices, and also throw hearts, rainbows, and pink things everywhere. Sensory overload. Whenever I watch it, I feel like I'm getting a headache.
I would have thought that they'd be grinning from ear to ear.
Sarcasm, maybe?
More fun to draw scared characters?
I dunno'.
