None of my dogs' names (Velvet, Hunter and Amber) were in the top ten

I had a cat once named Boots, and one named Whiskers, and one named Baby (lack of inventiveness at that point in life), one named Microdot and one named Heshiba. I liked the name Heshiba best of all, I think. I was thinking of Hepzibah, but that's all I could remember...

A friend of mine had a siamese named Pywacket.

Does anyone have pet insurance? My 10 year old male Basenji, Chammie, was just diagnosed with a spinal cord injury. It's breaking my heart to see this frisky little guy slowing down, years before his time. :O(

Fidel and Charo, LOL!!!

Years ago, I had a lovely little red persian kitten that I named Simba, #10 fave cat name, but mine was Simba-Samba because he danced all over the house. We wrote him a song: "When Simba does the samba on Saturday niiiiiiiiight.."

For cats, we have Rocket J, my orange beauty (see my freep page) and my husband has Mingus and Thelonius.

Our dog is Ursa Maxime, although our 2-yr old daughter just calls her "Bubby!"

Glad to see my new kitties' names (Heather & Sydney) aren't on that list. They came with those names, but I like them so I kept them.

9. Jake

I had a Brittany spaniel named Jake when I was a kid. Great dog, but a lousy hunter (too independent; would just run off and do his own thing).

Know what else is funny, T? I've always wanted a dog named Max. I prefer female dogs so the full name would be Maxine. Once we get a fence up around our back acreage, we're going to get some dogs.

My other name I want to use is Mr. Beans. I've suggested that name several times to Tuffy for her horses but she purposely discards it. :(

I asked Tuffy if he wanted to be called Mr. Beans. I got his response on camera:

Dog - Nonni (A hyperactive springer spaniel/Jack Russell mix)

2 Cats - A Boy Named Missy, and Mr. Truman

My daughter had 3 fish named Moe, Larry, and Curley - all but Larry have perished. we think he had the other two killed.

We have an outdoor cat we named Mr. Orange. He's orange like Morris the cat.
