In a searing court attack on Charlie Sheen, actress Denise Richards alleges that her estranged husband is unstable, violent, addicted to gambling and prostitutes, and visits pornographic web sites featuring young men and girls who appear underage. In a remarkable sworn declaration (a copy of which you'll find below) filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards also charges that Sheen, 40, assaulted her and threatened her life during a December 30 incident at the actress's Los Angeles home. Richards claims that an enraged Sheen--who was over for a visit with the couple's two children--told her she was "fucking with the wrong guy" and called her a series of vulgar names in front of the children. The actor, Richards said, then shoved her to the ground and screamed, "I hope you f--king die, bitch." As Richards, 35, tells it, Sheen was angry because she had told her divorce attorney about discovering details of Sheen's porn-surfing practices.

Did you notice how he was obsessed with the Nicole Simpson killings? And today with all this about him out there, he may feel he has nothing left to lose, and he may well have her or the kids killed. I would be in HIDING if I were her.
He once shot his then fiancee? And what about the dead porn star who went to the tabloids about him, who ended up mysteriously dead? Denise asks him if he had anything to do with that death, and he says "no comment." To scare her, was he involved?

I don't know why people are piling on Charlie. This is one angry wife's side of a divorce story - she will say anything to make him look as bas as possible.
Denise Richards is a proven degenerate as much as he is.
Society is uncivilized if it doesn't have a soft spot for women with babies, pregnant, with small children, etc.

Well, I don't know that Richards has been proven to be as much a degenerate as Sheen. (See post #14 for a sampling). Maybe you have something to back that up. But most of what she says will be able to be supported or disproved by other evidence (computer records, witnesses, the kids, etc). If I were her attorney, I wouldn't have allowed her to make these statements under oath unless we had the proof to back it up. I strongly suspect that she does. If she doesn't, she's going to lose big time.
The porn probably doesn't surprise anyone either.
