MARY LACY (BOULDER DA) IS SUPPOSE TO MAKE HER ANNOUNCEMENT TOMORROW AT 12 NOON EASTERN TIME OF WHY SHE DROPPED THE WARRANT ON KARR. KARR WAS REARRESTED AND WILL BE RETURN TO SOMONA (sp?) COUNTY IN CA.

Not in limbo. Sonoma county has dropped their charges against Karr. He's a free man.

He's not going to jail. They dropped the misdemeanor child porn charges in California as well. He's free.

I read all of it and it makes sense to me.
CA better prosecute him to the fullest on the 5 counts of child porn and for jumping bond. Once convicted of the child porn then he should be put into the child predator database and his DNA profile should be added also to it.
(if anyone feels differently - then ask yourself you would want John Mark Karr living in your community or teaching in your comminity?)
Something tells me that since they knew about the no match on the 26th, this gave FBI time to run his DNA results through the system to see if he match up to any others cases that are in system.(that is if they have that type of system now.)

He is back in the Boulder CO Jail over the Sonoma Warrant now. Sonoma sheriff's now have to pick him up to take him back to CA.
Nancy Grace is covering it right now and is doing a great job.
