It seems like every week a contradictory study comes out.
I think the safest thing to do is to eat what you want. You're body is telling you something.
My body likes bacon strips, and recently soft-boiled eggs with toast.
I'm sure there soon will be a study that proves that diet makes you a brilliant internet poster.
