Good morning, everyone! Amy is at the dentist this morning so I am pinging her list for her. I would love to stay and play but I have another really busy day ahead.

Y'all have a good day!

“He now felt glad at having suffered sorrow and trouble, because it enabled him to enjoy so much better all the pleasure and happiness around him; for the great swans swam round the newcomer, and stroked his neck with their beaks, as a welcome.” —from “The Ugly Duckling”

“Thousands of lights were burning on the green branches, and gaily-colored pictures, such as she had seen in the shop-windows, looked down upon her. The little maiden stretched out her hands towards them when--the match went out. The lights of the Christmas tree rose higher and higher, she saw them now as stars in heaven; one fell down and formed a long trail of fire.” —from “The Little Match Girl”

Happy Hans Christian Andersen Day!

Hi, J C and everyone! Here's another dew drop picture.
I'll bet the air smells really fresh after this rain:

Yes, growing up I had quite a few A.Fool jokes. People don’t play with that day as much as they used to. Billie, thought you would find it interesting that my hubby and I married on my birthday. He was in the Navy and was getting ready to take a cruise for several months so we got married a little earlier than summer, which we had planned on!

I told all my friends I married him on my birthday so he would never have an excuse for forgetting our anniversary~~LOL~~

J C, it was a very complex day yesterday - my mind is wandering and I can't seem to find it most of the time!

I hope it was a happy one for you, sweet lady!

I have a recipe but have never tried to fix it—White sauce is that delicious—not ginger—sauce that you only get in Japanese restaurants. I think I could drink a solid gallon all by myself. LOL
