Folks, I am not kidding when I say this: When I was an Assistant District Attorney and someone from the State Health agency had brought me this video along with a request to have the person evaluated at a mental institution, I would have approached the judge and did my best to persuade him/her to sign such an order. That is just down right scare to me.
