What are Obama's rally background flags

I watched part of the speech Obama gave today on FOX. Behind him you can see two flags. One is The US Flag and the other is one I can find no information about after searching numerous sources. When they did a wide shot, the whole background area had the signs interspersed. Every other flag is the US and the other is the flag I am asking about.

 

Is this an official U.S. flag of some sort or is this his design that he is flying along side Old Glory with equal value and stature?

I caught a bit of that myself. I do not recognize the flags interspersed with Old Glory.

The red circle immediately made me think of the Obambi symbol.

I’d appreciate any information on those ‘flags’ as well.

Thank you all for the help. After the all the emphasis he has made on his logo and presidential seal, I had no reservations thinking he would have flags made with a big “O”.
