Mark Davis opened up discussion for Obama's vaulted birth certificate. He said it was all up to the courts, but he doubted it would go anywhere.
I just cannot wait to see what the h$## they will do or say when ‘The Mr. “I Hate America” President’ falls flat on his face and amply demonstrates all the dread and foreboding his ‘resume’ has more than justified us in anticipating.
Endless asides and run-on sentences. He sounds as if he just loves to hear himself talk. He's repititious and does not take enough calls. It would be okay if he was interesting but he's not.
Saul Alinsky tactics. Also, 14-year-old schoolgirl tactics. Same thing. People hate to be mocked and called names. Most of us fold into social submission.
WE NEED SOMEONE WITH COURAGE (or a set of cojones).
I like all of Rush's subs. I can't think of one that isn't very, very good.
And if he doesn't?

He is not required to do anything in regardes to Berg.

I know time will tell, and I originally thought that it would go nowhere but today there was a thread on FR talking about if the SCOTUS does nothing, what will happen.
It said that any person on trial for a criminal violation of one of the Laws signed by Obama could subpoena his birth certificate to prove that the law was bogus, because Obama is not eligible to be president thereby eliminating the criminal charges. Actually the subpoena is what all the civil suits are about, trying to get him to court to subpoena his records.
If Obama was proven not eligible for POTUS a year from now everything he touched would unravel back to zero.
Now with the above in mind it would seem that the SCOTUS would want to stop this now and not later. It would also look bad on them to let him pass now only to be found out later.
The point is there is some pressure for them to do the right thing, perhaps more than we think.
Because the drive-bys don't want us to. See how simple it is?
Well the leader of the R party is the president GWB and he seems to think ‘he’ did OK, so I guess we won the two elections.

Didn’t Obama already ignore it? In Greg Garre’s waiver to respond it was for the Federal Election Commision, et al meaning the Solicitor General was waiving the right for all 3 defendants to respond

The first criminal case of a law passed or sign by Obama will allow the criminal defendant to demand O’s birth certificate and he will have to provide it. The defendant will have a team of forensic document people.
The defendant will also bring up the Constitution and 14th Amendment in which daddy was a British citizen and even if junior was born in HI then he is still ineligble.
Any law, appointment, treaty, anything will be null and void. You know one state will then file criminal fraud cahrages against him. Say South Carolina.
SCOTUS cannot punt on this. This will not go away.
It will however show contempt to Souter’s order and the Supreme Court.
I wonder if Mark Davis cleared this with Limbaugh before he spoke about it on air. I didn’t hear it because I am boycotting Limbaugh because of his lack of concern and interest regarding the issue of Obama’s birth certificate and the fact that Obama has been hiding it and other important documents.
By not speaking about this critical issue, Rush has let us all down and shown his true colors.
I think he’s awful, as well. I live in the area and refuse to listen to WBAP when he is on air. He’s arrogant, with no earned right to be so, and I despise that style of show. Rush at least has earned the right to his “attitude.” :)
I know this is a real stretch (/sarc), but I predict HUSSEIN’s response will be a motion to dismiss.
Rush has spoken about it on several occasions (of course, if you are boycotting Rush, you probably missed it).. His prediction was it didn’t have legs.
What about stopping GOP spending, too?
He definitely is arrogant. Please don’t misunderstand me. I was genuinely curious. I am not a Mark Davis fan since the days he dumped his dying wife, got an earring, sports car and a girlfriend. He lost a lot of locals after that mid-life crisis.
However, since much of the national audience does not know his personal history, I was wondering what it is about him that turned people off.
It’s my understanding that Justice Souter denied Berg’s request, but the Writ he issued stated that Obama must disclose the vaulted birth certificate to Berg personally.
