Obama Citizenship Accusations Come to a Head
As we have reported earlier in our article "Barack Obama and the Citizenship Scandal," it has been alleged that Barack Obama is ineligible to become president for two reasons: evidence has come forward that Obama was born in Kenya, not the United States as required by the Constitution (because only one of Obama's parents is an American); and even if he was born here, his mother relinquished his citizenship by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.
This story has gained credence, separating it from Internet rumors, because Obama has reputedly hired three law firms (firms, not lawyers) to make sure that no one gets access to his birth records in Hawaii or his college transcripts from Occidental College and Harvard. (It is speculated that the transcripts will show he applied for aid to foreign students.)
Philip J. Berg, a lifelong Democrat, sued to see Obama's original birth certificate, but a court ruled that because Berg was not in some way harmed by Obama — monetarily, physically, or reputation-wise — he was not a plaintiff in good standing. This action by the court put a temporary end to the belief that we would ever know the answer to the accusations. But now the claim is flaring up again for several reasons:
• Alan Keyes, a presidential candidate of the American Independent Party, and Markham Robinson, a California elector, have now sued to see Obama's birth certificate (these men would definitely have legal "standing" to sue as plaintiffs in this case).
• The We the People Foundation took out a full-page ad in the Chicago Tribune about the scandal.
• On Friday, December 5, the Supreme Court will have a "conference" on the question of Obama's citizenship. (If four out of the nine justices vote to hear the case, oral arguments may be scheduled.)
Obama supporters have derided attempts to challenge Obama's citizenship as merely sour grapes by sore losers, and they point to the website FactChect.org, as well as a statement by Hawaii's Department of Health Director who said Obama has a legitimate birth certificate, as proof of their rightness. (Various quotes by Obama's supporters also make it clear that they don't care whether or not he was born in the United States, or whether or not the Constitution is upheld.)
Those pressing the issue note that FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center and that Obama was on the board of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. They note also that Hawaiian Health Department officials did not state that Obama has an original birth certificate from Hawaii. In fact, what Obama has given to FactCheck.org to prove his citizenship is not a birth certificate, but a certificate of live birth, something that would not ordinarily be accepted as legal proof of citizenship. Also, it is suspicious that no doctors or nurses have come forward and said that they were at Obama's birth in Hawaii, but Obama's grandmother in Kenya has been taped saying that she was at his birth in Kenya.
Is Obama hiding something? Most likely yes. A person just doesn't spend something on the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep one's birth records a secret unless one has something to hide. I personally have had to provide my birth certificate to several employers before they would agree to hire me. For a normal person, showing one's birth certificate is not a big deal. I've also had to give out my college records — again, not a big deal.
But that leads to important questions: should this be pursued, and will it succeed?
Yes, it should be pursued because to ignore it is to say that the Constitution is no longer the law of the land and is instead just an old piece of paper. Will it succeed? In my opinion, no. Neither the Supreme Court, nor the electors who will soon cast their votes for president, are impartial bodies. But that is not an argument for not pursuing it.

I read about the blackmail aspect of it all. It’s very dangerous as to who may bribe him and what he will give in to because they have the goods on him. With no one knowing anything about his background it makes the thought very real. What we do know, is that he associated with America haters that probably know all about him-citizenship included.

Time for a revolution if the Constitution is not upheld.

I was beginning to thing SCOTUS is going to treat this as a “Poison chalice” a term I think thats used in law circles that implies the case is too poisonous to proceed, like having proof Jesus was an alien scenario.
Well unless they come up with Obamas history I am about to remotely think maybe he is an alien.
Why doesn’t somebody come up with a documentary of his life, they do it all the time on History channel, or would that really tear things up?
Its going to happen day after day, week after week, not a minutes respite for the next 4 plus years, America will know everything about their Messiah.
We will canvass his schools, we will find his friends, we will have video on Youtube with relatives in Kenya.
We will not stop.

That's too obviously true. HOWEVER, I don't see legal minds of the caliber of Roberts, Scalia, and 3 or 4 other justices just shrugging this issue aside. Would these types of minds and egos want their reputation for all time to reflect that they just didn't give a damn about the plain wording of the Constitution?
That makes no sense to me at all.
I would like to believe that Chief Justice Roberts, along with Justices Scalia, Alito and Thomas will constitute the 4 judges that will choose to take up this issue. I cannot imagine those four jurists deciding that to determine the eligibility of an alleged natural citizen to serve in the highest office in the Land is an inconsequential matter.
If they fail to address this issue properly, our Republic is lost.

After months of following this story - then giving it up as hopeless - I’m feeling faint embers of hope again. This guy’s a fraud, and whether he’s a natural born citizen or not he’s hiding SOMETHING. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a paper that clearly said “Religion: Muslim” in his own handwriting. “I am not now, nor have I ever been, a Muslim” could twin right up with the previous big Presidential doozy: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky”

Justice Roberts can just refer to the words of Zero himself.
"Let me also say that I remain distressed that the White House during this confirmation process, which overall went smoothly, failed to provide critical documents as part of the record that could have provided us with a better basis to make our judgment with respect to the nomination. This White House continues to stymie efforts on the part of the Senate to do its job. I hope with the next nominee who comes up for the Supreme Court that the White House recognizes that in fact it is its duty not just to the Senate but to the American people to make sure we can thoroughly and adequately evaluate the record of every single nominee who comes before us."

We will canvass his schools, we will find his friends Karl Rove made an odd comment several weeks ago, about how Ken Mehlman and he would discuss their "mutual friend," Barack Obama.
It seems that Melman and Obama have been friends since law school, according to Rove.

“to say that the Constitution is no longer the law of the land and is instead just an old piece of paper.”
Is the same as saying that the US Supreme Court is no longer Credible and should be disbanded.
Of course this will be pursued, and it will succeed !
IMO: this entire cheraid is a prop for the eventual decay of the DNC. We’ll look back on all this next year, With “W” firmly at the helm, (after emergency session of Congress to extend his presidency) during the explosive NEW economy that is yet to come.

That’s what I heard — that nobody whow was at Columbia then remembers him. Wouldn’t ya just think at least one person would remember the oh-so-charismatic Messiah?!? Doubtful that he ever attended.
This guy is a legend in his own mind; a monumental empty suit. America was so bamboozled.

Time for a revolution if the Constitution is not upheld. If there is any issue that is fundamentally important to the Supreme Court, it should be that of what constitutes citizenship, and the right appertaining thereto. It that does not matter to them, the Constitution is meaningless and we are all in very deep trouble.

If they fail to address this issue properly, our Republic is lost. One of the major goals of Gramscian marxism is to destroy the people's confidence in their major institutions, such as the electoral processes, government entities, academia, churches, etc., through corruption, infiltration, incremental changes, twisting of language, -- what Gramsci called, "the long march through the institutions."
We've already lost too much. This is the jumping-off place, and there is no place left to run or hide.
The United States is a creation of the states and the people, an agreement to unite as a nation of states; the US Constitution is the contract that binds the compact between the states, and the people of those states. If the US Constitution is rendered void by some magnanimous or flippant ruling, then the nation it represents is simply void.
The only legitimate entities will be the people and the states, and whatever other entities they may choose to construct for their future wellbeing.
All those federal people running around with uniforms and guns will be just so many armed thugs, with no legitimate authority. That would make our good ole US of A like just about any place in Africa.

Hillary and Obama have resigned their Senate seats. Won’t it be priceless if Obama is disqualified and the two of them gave up their positions for nothing.
To: hamboy
As a Conservative, and as a responsible, patriotic American, just ask yourself one simple question. Would your future, the future of your family, the future of the country and the future of the world be better off if Barack Barry Hussein Obama had never been born?
Only one answer to that question.
