I first saw “The Hardy’s Ride High” on a Saturday morning in the mid 1970s.
It’s amazing how Detroit was protrayed at the time.
You see, I was watching this film IN DETROIT, and I couldn’t imagine how they got the idea that Detroit was anything but in infested, burned out dump.
I wish I’d been able to see my former home in its heyday.

That sounds like a fun movie. Too bad Netflix hasn’t got it.

There is a lot of fun going to old newspapers (at least ten years old and older) and see what movies were playing then. You will be surprised how many you have never heard of and never seen.
Ever heard of JUDY’S LITTLE NO NO! or THE TOUCHABLES!
MERMAIDS OF TIBURON, WHITE RINO, BLACK SPURS, and way too many spagetti westerns.
