I once flew to Turkey on Pakistan International Airline. The flight originated in Toronto and went New York, Amsterdam, Istanbul, Islamabad. I was on from N.Y. to Istanbul. That route might have originated as described in this article.
It is such trifles as this that infuriate the intelligent Indian; only the British fail to perceive it.
Careful there, Mr. Birchall. Your reporting is veering into editorializing.
