Sarah Palin is On the Move, Support HER!!
Free Republic ^ | 5/11/09 | Candor7

Sarah Palin is the hope of our nation. She is a self made politician, had no silver Republican spoon in her mouth, her shadow never graced the vaunted halls of liberal ivy league academe. That is a HUGE plus.

She has the skills gleaned from her youth, of a frontier woman. She has common sense, reflects the values of our nation of steadfast patriotism, frugality of budgeting, compassion for the unborn, all the positive attributes of a Mother of our nation. She has faced corruption in her own state government and within the Alaskan Republican party and cleaned it up, and supported the defense of a Senate candidate who faced bogus prosecution designed specifically by democrat prosecutors to usurp the will of the electorate.

Sarah scares the left and also the whining RINOS who now call themselves Republicans. Anyone who looks at Sarah Palin as other than a gift of leadership and hope for a traduced nation has got to have moonbat syndrome plus.

You bet the Dems are afraid of Palin, and so are the patriarchs of the Republican party who want to keep bleeding the nation with pork piled bills for their relatives and patronage, while refusing to listen to their own constituents who cry " NO." These RINOS even refuse to secure the nation by enforcing current immigration and illegal alien laws.

The continuous campaign to dis-empower Palin through bogus ethics complaints, baseless negative commentary in the media , much of it of a personal nature, is a horrible exercise in the self destruction of a nation. When Palin is attacked, every ordinary , hard working , patriotic American is attacked. And we should take that attack on each of us as being VERY personal.

Sarah has a PAC, and I support it. If she had enough funding she could go on the attack herself against her crooked critics, and file ethics violations against Democrat attorneys who seek to use our system of justice to achieve political ends that they know they cannot achieve at the ballot box should Palin run her own presidential campaign. She could even hire an Anne Coulter as her manager and loose her on those who make these scurrilous attacks on her.

You bet the Dems are afraid of Palin. She is the bolt and the arrow that will pierce Obama to the heart, and bring the light to a nation now in the dark, suffering under the tyrannical ministrations of a nationalist socialist president and his apparatchik running dogs.

Go the Sarahs PAC and donate. No better action can assure the eventual destruction of Obama and his politics, and Sarah means to do just that. She has no use for he Republican elite, but she will become so powerful that they will have to address her as a genuine candidate for the office of president. She certainly has far more experience and patriotism that the current poseur who now occupies the office.Sarah Palin has the ability to oust Obama, and to undo all the damage he is now doing. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see THAT. Even the most iggied Dem nationalist socialist blivet sees THAT, and piddles in their sordid little cod piece in rabid, reactionary fear.Palin gives them all a serious case of the shakes, because as she lives and breathes, she represents the TRUE America, not the Utopian Socialist disaster which a generation of whackos have sought to ram down the throats of decent Americans.

And the RINOS see Palin's potential too, and stand in her way as ensconced good old boy bullies, but Sarah knows how to handle bullies, and has proven THAT time and again.

Clear the decks for Palin folks. She is on the move, get behind her by contributing to her PAC.

Short of heading to Washington with pitchforks, no more effective action can be taken to oust Obama and his circus of freaks.Donate and allow Palin to become a power house of American truth, light and decency.

So why are you advocating the banning of people from this site because they dont agree with you?

This isnt Russia for goodness sake.

Not to mention there is a life time before any candidate is chosen, and Palin may not even put her family through it.

MAKE NO MISTAKE, ANY ATTACK ON SARAH PALIN IS AN ATTACK ON US! THE LEFT IS TERRIFIED OF HER.

Well, considering that my walk IS Conservative and fully in accord with the mission of Free Republic, what does THAT say about everyone else, as you suggest?

I am not normally at odds with you VR, but I will not be supporting Sarah Palin. I will be against her.

If she wins the Republican nomination, I will continue to be against her. I support Reagan Conservatives only, and she does not measure up.

I share your vehemence against RINOs, but that does not give you (Palinites) carta blanche ownership of the forum. There are many of us who believe that Palin is not Conservative enough.

You wrote:

And people may view Palin as unelectable because they have weighed the evidence so far and come to that conclusion.

And all I am doing is pointing out to you that others will speak for themselves when they have done so, and you can only speak for yourself.

So, pony up with the evidence you have weighed. I'm all ears.

Post 16 - Fair enough.
VA Ridgerunner, of course I'm on your side regarding Sarah Palin but some do have doubts about the grand lady and need accurate information rather than being berated.
cajungirl's post is reasonable, she didn't malign or slander SP (as some here do)
Now it's only my opinion but with folks like cajungirl we should confidently promote Palin and hope we add yet another to the millions who now support Sarah Palin.
A good initial question might be, "cajungirl, what exactly are those issues that compel you to doubt the abilities of Palin to lead and be victorious in a national campaign?"

The typical “conservative spoiler” voter, I see. Not just hoping that the FR early favorite develops, but already condemning over 3 years out. For all the good that does you might as well be a DU plant.

No ones saying shes not a good candidate, just handicapped fromt he get go.

(just a few points)

The baby daddy will be a Jerry Springer regular, with and without his mom.

Tina Fey will be the headline of SNL portraying her as a ditz with a trailer trash family and the replay will be on GMA every morning.

Every fake scandal created in the for previous years will come out as new and it will all start again.

Plus Im not even sure shes bright enough for the interviews. Unless she has studied up on current affairs she most likely will stumble during an interview, then the one with Katy Couric will be replayed over and over.

Bottom Line

Because of Acorn voter fraud we will need every single vote we can get to defeat OBama..and then only with a huge turnout, and then only if a third Libertarian lite party hasnt started up. Millions of Americans arent as informed as we are here and will see her as the media portrays her and will rethink thier vote.

Im betting Sarah herself is weighing this same scenario and deciding if its worth it to put her family through the grinder for the campaign and then the same thing for 4 years of office.

Its not fair..its not right..but it is what it is, the reality of the situation.

Honestly, if Sarah were to ask me, (not gunna happen) I would have to say to her, don't do it. Enjoy your life, take care of your family. However...the fact that the Left is so scared of her that they feel they need to destroy her, tells me something; they believe there is a good chance that she will run.

I am an Australian. Our State Broadcasting Service (SBS) denigrates Sarah Palin at every opportunity, just as they did and still denigrate GWB. That's got to be purely to influence the one hundred thousand or so American expats who live here.

We shall see. I look on the bright side. The Left may have exhausted their muckraking opportunities by the time the next campaign begins.

I will happily support any candidate who embraces the principles of all three pillars of Conservatism. That is what a "Conservative" candidate IS. Candidates who are not able to embrace all three pillars of Conservatism invariably cause infighting and factionalism, and should not be supported.

Palin is a moderate populist who leans conservative (a lot like Thompson), but is not a Conservative.

Oddly enough, it is those who follow the populists and pragmatists who do Conservatives harm, not those such as I, as you accuse.

Name some people you would support.

There are none that I am aware of that are seeking election.

Until someone throws their hat in the ring, I will not do the hard work of substantiating their position on the record (votes, quotes). If I were to lend my support to anyone currently, it would be without benefit of that hard work, and basically of no value. I am very aware of Palin, however, by virtue of my research during the McCain/Palin campaign.

In the last election I supported Hunter in the primaries, with a nod to Tancredo and Keyes, and supported Keyes after Hunter stepped down. That should give you an idea where I stand.

Sarah learned a lot being the VP nominee. She is street smart and a lot more street smart after the campaign. This is why she is such a big threat. She kept McCain in the game and the Left knows she is a big time threat to Obama.

I have to agree that you are way out of line calling for a Palin or leave FR position.

You owe a lot of people, even Palin supporters, an apology.

Any negative talk about Sarah should be BANNED from this site

Kiss off.

Although I can't find anything about her that I don't like I find your attitude to be quite anti-American.

The only people I'm calling on to leave FR are the angry, disgruntled Romneyites who have been posting their personal attacks and nasty comments about Sarah Palin and her family, rather than pointing out (specifically) what parts of her record they take issue with.

On this thread alone, one poster called Bristol Palin and her son brats. And there are plenty of similar ad hominem attacks on the Bennett thread (which I already posted) and on this thread.

As far as my active support for Palin goes, until someone shows me a candidate who is MORE Conservative than her and who can also command the same crowds she can, I'm with her 100%, unlike a lot of other supposedly Conservative folks on this Conservative forum.

I have nothing against Jindal and have no opinion about Sanford, but if you can suggest a better candidate than Palin, then please feel free to do so. RINOs are not welcome.

No apology will be forthcoming. I stand my ground.

Roamer, you're right in that we rarely disagree and you have my respect and FRiendship. However, can you please back up this statement and tell me why you think she's not Conservative? Her record as governor of Alaska suggests otherwise...how is her record NOT Conservative?
