Authorities said a Stark County sheriff's deputy was arrested with his mother after the deputy vomited on people at a Kenny Chesney concert in Fargo and refused to leave.
Police Sgt. Mark Lykken said 26-year-old Justin Krohmer and his mother, Susan, whose husband is the Ada, Minn., police chief, were jailed on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Lykken said Justin Krohmer was asked to leave the Fargodome about 11 p.m. Saturday after vomiting on people in front of him, but he refused to do so. Lykken said 47-year-old Susan Krohmer pushed police officers.
Susan Krohmer is the wife of Ada Police Chief Wade Krohmer. Their listed phone number was disconnected and a message left at Wade Krohmer's office was not returned.

Concert-goers barfing on the row in front of them—a classic (and unfortunately frequent) party foul.
Thats the resaon I dont go to concerts. After listening to the police scanner durning a big concert and hearing about all the drunks and fights and people passed out in bathrooms.
If I wanted to deal with loud mouth drunks puking on my shoes, I would go to a Kennedy Family reunion.

I can just picture it.
I love going to concerts. I’ve been to 2 ozzfests, and alot of others. If you are not stupid when you attend a concert, you can avoid alot of the drama.
I took my son to see a puddle of mud/nickelback concert when he was 11 and we have tickets to go to cruefest 2 this year, and as long as you aren’t an idiot, it’s pretty fun. And I have never gotten puked on.

I’ve never thrown up on anyone before.
OTOH, I threw up on myself once.
But that was many years ago at a party down at the Univ of Minnesota.
I had tickets to see Spinal Tap, but the concert was cancelled because the drummer choked to death on vomit.
Got yakked on in that there Fargodome? Betcha they was kinda funny smellin’.
What do you expect at the Fargodome?
Amazing, the time I went to see them, it was cancelled too.
Something about the drummer spontaneously combusting...
