I was reading an old newspaper story (from the 1920s) about a goat-gland operation in New York City, and decided to google "goat glands."

Hi Frank I read your article posted and got a chuckle out of it...I use to raise Angora Goats, and by the time a male was a year old, the testes were as large as a mans fist. They matured at 3-4 years old...Being also an old nurse, I couldn't help but wonder at the operation as the size of 1 goat testes would be quite a package to carry around, much less have two..
As you can see by my name, I do know goats.....(smiles to you) and a little chuckle...Goat Granny

Read Charlatan by Pope Brock.
Not only was Doc Brinkley known for Goat Testicle Implants, he led to the rise of Wolfman Jack and Early Rock N Roll Radio stations.
It’s a Great Read.
