This can not be called rape. A woman can not rape a man. I believe the charge is really statutory rape, meaning that sexual intercourse with underage persons (male or female) is by legal definition "rape" regardless of consent.

A minor can no more consent to sex in the eyes of the law than consent to medical treatment (abortion exalted and excepted) or sign a legal contract.

Can they expand the TV show Extreme Makeover to peoples faces? Wow! Yuck! Arf arf! wasn't Extreme Makeover initially a show about redoing people's faces and teeth and bodies? i think they expanded the idea to homes... not sure which came first...

Based on that pic, I’ll go with Arlen Specter’s “not proven” finding.

I’m going to take a while in the jury room, but I’m leaning toward guilty.

What does this make? Like fifty times I’ve heard this story? ... Good grief. Modern teachers are just lame-ass losers.
Perhaps she is not seeing much of a difference in emotional maturity between the men she should be dating (20-ish) and the boys she is teaching. That’s the only explanation I can think of for a pattern of phenomena like this. Just one possible explanation, not a justification. In any case, these women all need to be psychoanalyzed.
