Of course not, he already raised the deficit so high, it will be extremely difficult to raise it higher, thus.....it will go down and be seen as brilliant cost cutting by obambi.
He means that he will raise taxes high enough to cover this cost! It will be “paid for” that way and thus will not raise the deficit...technically.
AP reported it is because he is not including things in the cost.
Actually more like, $1,000,000,000,000. As was pointed out in a post on Tuesday, if you placed a trillion one dollar coins edge to edge it would reach from earth to the sun and back and then around the earth 1700 times.
