I have strongly supported the eligibility cases from the beginning and have never wavered in that support.
I do not always denigrate Orly Taitz. I criticize her when she does things that cost us credibility, which she does frequently. When the court dismisses her current case, she'll be sanctioned for wasting the court's time due to the way she's mishandled this case procedurally. And that will put an end to any reputable lawyer's chances of getting this issue into court. She will have single-handedly ruined every chance we had to succeed.
She acts unprofessionally in court. She doesn't follow the basic rules of civil procedure. She tries to handle too many cases at the same time and ends up doing a piss-poor job on all of the cases. She's a laughing stock in the legal community. I know that because my mother is a court reporter for a federal judge in Dallas and has been for 30+ years. Do you know that the U.S. attorneys in Dallas (and other districts) have a gambling pool for the next district in which Orly will file an eligibility suit and the length of time it will take for the judge to dismiss her case. She's a pathetic joke.
She begged and begged for help from other attorneys and when they offered their help free of charge, she turned them away. This is all about the glory for her. She's an attention whore. She wants to be there first no matter what it costs the rest of us.
She has made herself the face of the birther movement and in so doing has destroyed nearly every shred of credibility that many of us worked so hard for months to achieve. She poorly represents (and often misrepresents) the core facts of the eligibility issue on television and radio.
She repeatedly misrepresents conversations that took place in meetings with judges. She nearly always makes some wild prediction, just like the other day, that she's achieved a victory and will soon have access to Obama's records. She's either grossly incompetent and neglegent or she's doing these things intentionally to destroy our chances.
This last revelation that she asked Larry Sinclair to lie under oath in a court of law is the last straw. I hope she's disbarred so the plaintiffs on her cases can find an attorney who will put them and our country first.
Interesting stuff...
At least two of the plaintiffs have another attorney already.

I am one of those Lawyers who tried to assist Orly with Legal Research and drafting of Legal Briefs.
I have known Orly for a long time and her intentions were good, but you know what they say about the Road to Perdition.
Orly has become a Tool of the Obama campaign. I don’t think she has any awareness of the fact that she is being used and abused by Obama psyop agents. Out of respect for Orly, I will not go into the deep seated psychological reasons why Orly fell prey to Obama’s psyop agents, but as most of you know Orly grew up in an extraordinarily abusive environment in the USSR. Ironically, Orly is very much like Obama, both were abused children.
With regret, I must say that Orly’s demise is a good thing for Our Patriotic Cause. Now, the support of all those Patriots who have been mislead by Orly can turn to Legitimate Lawyers with Legitimate Cases to pursue.

Orly was just gaining prominence at the time. I had suggested, along with MANY others, that she and Berg work together. We all saw where that one went. How much uglier could things have gotten around that time? Off went my scathing e-mail to Berg. The fight between Orly and Berg has, IMHO, sent many crusaders packing. Still, however, I think for the most part, everyone was hoping that the more prominent players would settle their petty infighting, and resolve to just get the necessary work accomplished.
Mario Apuzzo’s case was on the move, as were other cases. I suggested to others, that someone should convince Orly to work with the others and do what she seems to do best, while letting others handle the addresses to the public at large. Let’s face it, Orly is a huge JOKE when she attempts to do appearances. She cannot seem to handle the stress, and she comes off largely like a “whacko”. Sorry, Orly, but it is true! You need to stay away from the cameras. You allow others to destroy your train of thought, and usually come off looking like the “tin foil” hat brigade member the lefties believe we “birthers” are.
I suspect Orly for probably different reasons than others. I think all the adulation has gone to her head. I think she wants to be “The One” over “That One”. I think all else has blinded her good intentions, and her reasoning process. How sad. It seems that like others before her, she has placed the work at hand in jeopardy, just to hog a spot in the limelight. None of this is going to help complete the business facing the rest of us.
At the moment, I am praying for Orly to succeed, and I am grateful for her tenacity, but my money is on Mario. Despite the case he is working so diligently on, he avoids getting caught up in the adulation and that whole ugly “press” thing that seems to have robbed others of their good intentions.
I am not as interested in the “Who” of removing Barack, as I am in the “WHEN”? Folks, plain and simple.....this should NEVER have gone on this long!

Sadly, you are right. Unlike some others who have explored this issue, Orly has been grasping at every possible conspiracy and bogus document, even some, like Lucas’ that is an obvious fake (even WND called it one) and with a history of fraud like Lucas.

I’ll reserve judgment until this plays out. I see both Sinclair and Smith have similar comments. It does sound plausible, based on Orly’s insistence and notice to get Kreep off the case even after Judge Carter told her to work with him. I suggested she leave it alone and work the case.
Orly is in the media too much, the case is in the courtroom, and the Judge is the one to hear the case and decide it. I hope she did not go too far and try and push the witnesses as that could damage the whole case and credibility of either her or the witnesses or both. Yes Orly has worked hard for this cause, and those in the know recognize who should get the glory and the goat, it would be a shame for her to lose all so close to getting discovery. Like Obama, the end does not justify the means. I just want the truth to be told no matter which way it goes.(Warren and 911 Commisions be damned)
On the other side there is the possibility the two witnesses got cold feet or wanted compensation, we shall see how that ends up if they step back or step up. Could the US Attorney (or someone else) have put some fear in them?

You're right, Lucy. The above comment was nasty. It was uncalled for. My only defense is that I am offended and actually a little hurt by the recent attacks after having been a dedicated member of the group for the past year.
I've been nothing but polite to everyone in this group. I never resort to name calling. I don't question anyone's integrity or honesty. I argue point for point and back up my logic with facts.
I never expected something like this to come from YOU. Pinging everyone to the thread and then calling me out in public instead of asking me privately was a slap in the face. I lost my cool and lashed out. For that I apologize.

Orly Taitz does not feel that it is important to investigate further into any documents that backup Obama’s claim to Hawaiian birth. She also says that she does not have the money to do so. However, her legal team is free to pay their own way, she insists that they do so. Her whole legal team works for free and pays their own expenses. She had the nerve to tell me to get a job when I requested that she send me her another of her free legal team to Sacramento, CA to investigate the birth announcenment of Obama. All this after she tells the court that she fears for my life. I’ve been running around the world, blowing through thousands of dollars while this lady has been brushing elbows with the elite. My wife and I have been eating rice and plantains while this joker dines at the most exclusive eateries in Orange County. She wont pay for anything unless I testify to her version of the STORY. No thanks Orly, I’ll find my own my home. Keep your plane ticket.

I read everyones comments. Thank you everyone. As for money, maybe you should ask Orly why she’s flushed the case down the toilet for a few dollars. If that’s not good enough for you, then maybe you can go to Africa yourself and find the birth certificate. It might cost you tens of thousands of dollars. But hey, money is nothing right? Then come back to the states and find an attorney that expects you to pay for everything while you hand them the holy grail. And what’s this about expedited discovery??? Yeah, Orly had me fooled too. There is no expedited discovery at the moment. It’s just a play on words in the judges sentencing order that even I misunderstood from listening to Orly. Oh yeah, and the money again, Orly is just in this because she is a Patriot. She’s not looking for fame. Give me break. Good luck in Africa.

I will explain more in regards to Orly’s demand that I lie under oath. There are several separate incidents. One involves Gary Kreep. Last week I was present at a discussion in Los Angeles with a US Attorney, and two law clerks / paralegals of Orly’s legal team. Gary Kreep was present telephonically. Kreep shut the whole thing down by informing the US Attorney that one of Orly’s paralegals was a disbarred attorney. Well, I didn’t know that it was illegal to record our conversation .... so.....there is a recording. Gary Kreep said some things that I couldn’t understand why someone on our side would say. I told Orly about it later and....

Orly told me not to worry about it and that I should upload the sound recording to my youtube page for all to hear. Also that she wanted me testify at an upcoming hearing that she is setting up to get rid of Gary Kreeps. Orly said that she wanted me to testify that I had been approched by Kreeps in the past and that he had offered to buy the birth certificate I obtained in Africa and to pay for my testimony in regard to. Again, thank you everyone for your support and patriotism. Most of you have been here on this page with me since my Ebay auctions. It is not my intention to offend anyone. Your support is noted and appreciated. However, Orly Taitz is not a patriot but rather a egocentric correspondence course attorney that would take up any cause that will aid her in the fame and $$$ that she is seeking. She uses a ghost writer, for lack of correct terminology, to write all legal filings in this case against Obama. She has no understanding of the law and changes her story and the story of others everyday. It almost sickening. And this is the savior and patriot of the free world.
