This is the breaking news mentioned last night in Investigating Obama and The Awakening. Below is a post by Larry Sinclair, from his blog, "...on all things Obama," about what he indicates he was asked by Dr. Taitz, to do.
Affidavit to be Filed with Federal Court in Santa Ana Today:
I have tried to stay neutral in the cases of Orly Taitz and have even tolerated the attacks from her and her supporters. I will no longer. Orly Taitz needs to be held accountable and responsible for her actions and her actions need to be made public.
I tried to be as polite as possible when explaining how I was contacted by Orly Taitz and what transpired on September 7, 2009 in personal meetings with her. Seems Taitz and her supporters have decided they need to engage in attacks and making false statements in a chat room by the name of "Tavern of the Ghost Spider" and other sites to try and keep up the FRAUD that I am now convinced Orly Taitz is engaged in.
Allow me to correct one thing being claimed by Taitz and her marks: Orly Taitz at no time was in any airport with me and never once yelled at me anywhere. Now to make such claims is a bit telling as to her motives.

We do have the information from the e-mail from Orly. Sinclair has made accusations in the e-mail, but no proof of these statements.
Interesting though...Sinclair did state the following in his affadavit” “I have never made any claim that anyone other than Donald Young ended up murdered over Obama ...”

Wrong! Orly addressed all these issues today on her web site and pointed out that there were no motions of any kind filed in any court regarding this issue nor were there any bar complaints. This entire story is bogus! Research your facts before posting this crap!!!!!

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
So let’s get behind this great little Russian refugee and great American patriot.

I am getting close to removing the usurper and there are more and more vicious rumors about me and my whole family. It is 5:30 in the morning and I had to cut on sleep yet again to take some time and debunk all those vicious rumors.
First, there was a rumor that there is a a declaration by Larry Sinclair filed with court. Please, go on Pacer, it is a public record. There is nothing there, no such declaration. People need to understand that a person cannot just come from the street and file a declaration or an affidavit. It has to be filed by a party to the action. Either I, as an attorney for the plaintiffs or attorney for the defendants, assistant US attorney would file something. Neither I nor US attorney filed any such affidavit or declaration.

Also, I read the document, It was signed and stamped and notorized on Sept 15. But no indication that it was submitted to the court. It is interesting reading none the less. Note that he must have a remarkable memory, unless it was taped. He even duplicated her accent and misuse of words, as well as typographical errors and omission of correct syntax and spelling. This is supposed to be an author? It sounds fishy to me, HOWEVER, I read that Lucas Smith has withdrawn from the case as well, for similar reasons. She has not commented on that yet.

The affidavit that Obama foe Larry Sinclair claims to have filed in a California court, in which he accuses birther Orly Taitz of trying to get him to lie on the stand, is available right here. In it, Sinclair recounts being ushered into Taitz’s office and being told by her to “testify that three (3) member (sic) of Obama’s church were murder (sic).” Sinclair claims to have recoiled at this, at which point Taitz encouraged him to say it anyway.
Larry Sinclair in a bind. Again.

So how come you are always denigrating Orly? It appears you don’t want her to succeed.
Orly is not above being criticized here. There are no sacred cows. As for this instance, it just sounds like Sinclair and Orly are having a purse fight.
