Communist forces are invading America (again) and this is the pickup that's going to stop them. Spied on the set of the new Red Dawn remake, this Dodge Ram is a proud Wolverine.

Kind of odd to make that movie now in a Marxist USA. Will the wolverines be Hondurans?
Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel...industrial strength....runs on vege-oils....solut green etc.
That’s one of my favorite movies, and it’s a PERFECT time for it to be remade (along with 1984 and Brave New World). It’d be pretty wild if they wrote into the script that the hard leftist President sold out the American people to the Chicoms.
The director of this re-make was the stunt coordinator on the Bourne films and the 2nd-unit director on a bunch of big-name movies. You can bet this will have some good action. But I’m not very confident they will retain the John Milius-fueled patriot passion of the original. If they have the balls to blatantly pro-gun rights while portraying liberal politicians traitorous quislings (remember the Mayor of the town in the old movie) I’ll give them a ton of props.
Plus, who's going to be the bad guys? For it to fit in with modern Hollywood orthodoxy, they're going to have to be white, middle-aged, Catholic or fundamentalist Christian and did I mention that they're going to have to be white.
Maybe we're going to get invaded by Nordic evangelists - we all know how dangerous they can be.
Ironic that the truck was built by commie supporting unions.
You’d think that some capitalistic SOB in Hollywood would figure that this is the perfect time to cash in on “teabagger” enthusiasm by making a movie that pleasantly surprised conservatives would no doubt turn into an instant cult classic. But I doubt the producers would risk offending their new NEA-Whitehouse propaganda mill.
Now: How about a Rambo sequel where it turns out Red Dawn and Rambo exist in the same universe. Sly in the mountains teaching some scrappy youth gun club members how to fight. That would be sweet.
Wow, that’d be wild. I always thought Jericho was excellent as well. I’d be all for a film about a President who stages a terror attack or releases a flu strain to declare martial law, and the rebellion that occurs.
This is his directorial debut but he has quite a bit of experience as a big time action movie 2nd unit director and stunt coordinator. The action scenes will be good at least. I read on a movie nerd site that the attacking nation is China.
Written by John Milius and directed by Sylvester Stallone.
Holy crap if I would jump online early to buy tickets for that.
China, mhhhmmm. Well, I'm sure we did something to deserve it, at least the plot-line will suggest.
Borrowed our way into obvlivious (with Keynsian economics); with no-way to pay it back (the plot is too eerie to be true), just proves liberalism-kills..
I need a “Wolverines” bumper sticker too.
But then I was worried Peter Jackson would rotoscope Lord of the Rings...
Wasn’t there an NRA sticker on the original truck.. NO PC please. That will ruin the whole movie!!!!!!!!! HUGH!!!!!!
