Here is video of Bette Midler talking with Joy Behar today where she said she does not think Glenn Beck is "even a little bit funny." In fact, Midler said Beck is "terrifying" to her, and that she believes he could spark a civil war in America like what happened in Rwanda that killed hundreds of thousands of people.
Even Joy Behar seemed taken aback by what Midler said. Behard defended Becks right to "hate speech," saying it is protected by the First Amendment.
NOTE: Glenn Beck does not engage in hate speech, and he is not trying to foment violence of any kind. He is simply opposing the policies of President Obama and pointing out the truth about him and his administration. Bette Midler shows herself to be a complete moron with comments like this. . . . Apparently, the truth has slapped Bette Midler square in the face.
They have been exposed for the looney libtards that they are. Hence, they must respond with dubious and outlandish claims to refute said truth(s). Nothing new really. Standard libtard tactics, as par.
My one encounter with Ms. Midler was an afternoon sometime in the early 70’s. She was being photographed in my local watering hole in San Francisco for the cover of Rolling Stones. I was sitting at the bar with an oldtime friend of my mom’s, a woman in her 60’s. Midler’s mouth was so foul and loud that I had to go over to her and request that she hold it down out of respect for my mom’s friend. She became even more obnoxious at this point so we left. I am no fan.
It's an easy mistake to make, I know because I made it myself. Behar (her married name from her first Jewish husband), has been in a relationship with a retired Jewish school teacher from New York for decades - not that there's anything wrong with that.
She is - by far - the most vocal anti-Catholic on a panel of anti-Catholics.
The GOP is not entirely blameless in this.
