It is pretty obvious the 20 something Bush haters (anti-American)have rigged the poll.
As long as the results are this lopsided it can’t be valid. Even H Hoover isn’t in the running.
I find it interesting that Grover Cleveland, the last great president which the Democrat party produced, was a Princeton Trustee post presidency and he absolutely could not stand Woodrow Wilson.
The problem is, there are SO many bad Democrat presidents to choose from! Sure, Obama is responsible for the current efforts to abolish our freedom and destroy our economy but is he really any worse than Carter, LBJ, James Buchanan, Woodrow Wilson?....
It is not a scientific poll, plus it does not display vote count and lets people vote as many times as they want.
Apparently, one may vote multiple times and the DUmsters must have committees to whom this task is given.
Coming to FR to try and bring down the percentage for President Bush is laughable. Many of his greatest critics reside here. They put the commie demonrats to shame when it comes to BDS.
Look at where the poll is. What else do you expect. Eff em, dont go to their stinking site.
Meaningless poll. Newsweek? Bush will win in a landslide, its a Lib poll. I can’t pick Obama, he hasn’t finished his term, who knows what will happen during the next 3 years, things may miraculous turn around? LOL.
It started long before 1980. It was in full operational mode by 1970 or so.

As do I! That man was incompetent on so many levels as to be a poster child for the definition.
Really, to be properly done, this kind of poll needs to separate the "Moderns" from the "Historical" and NOT include the immediate past POTUS. Election propaganda and biases require time to settle out. Reagan was at the bottom of many early 1990 polls, especially as the Clinton/Gore ticket ran so hard against "the past 12 years".
My vote for the "Moderns" would probably be Carter for his feckless idiocy on both the economy and foreign affairs. A good argument could be made that he made modern Afghanistan by being so weak that the Soviet Union felt embolden. However I cannot stop without mentioning Wilson as #2 or #3 in the worsts. The Democrats used to honor him in Jackson-Wilson-FDR Dinners but I think that the knowledge of his anti-negro, anti civil rights and disastrous foreign affairs has made even them to rethink.
Obviously being inundated by the Marxists.
