Rev Manning is lots of fun sometimes but he hasn’t earn the right to wipe Dick Armey’s spit off his face. Dick Armey is leading a ‘conservative-reduce government power’ movement as he did SUCCESSFULLY against Clinton and the Democrat congress in 1994.

Manning hasn’t proved sh.. about Obama’s birth-place and Armey was wise to not tag the tea party movement as a bunch of nutbags. Ann Coulter called the birth-certificaters nuts too, hardly a PCer.

It has been authenticated in the affidavit in reply #31! The answer is there if you took the time to actually read.

Note the paragraph #3: I have personal knowledge of all the facts and circumstances described herein below in this declaration and will testify in open court to the same.

Note paragraphs 4-9 that detail his visit to the hospital in Kenya where BO/BS was born, that the document was on file in that hospital, paid cash for a copy of the document with an embossed seal and was signed by the hospital administrator.

The Hawaiian authority could say “this document is the same as the one on fill” instead of doing a little song and dance.

Then the Hawaii Department of Health would be producing a document confirming BO/BS was not born in the U.S!

Given your so adamant to defend BO/BS, then why don't produce documentation confirming he was born in the U.S.?

This won’t and can’t be resolved by a kabuki dance on the Internet. The political parties and state election officials should have ensured the eligibility of the candidates, that doesn’t appear to have happened, Congress and the courts were then the next step in resolving this, that too has not happened.

I believe the people who should be asking questions are afraid of the answers, hope this helps you to better understand my position.

The Rev WAS involved with the Tea Party and was scheduled to speak at the big protest rally in Washington but at the last minute the Tea Party kicked him to the curb and cancelled his speech . Why ? For dubious reasons . The truth is they didn’t want him bringing up the ineligibility issue . Manning attended the rally anyway . He now wants nothing more to do with them .

LOL! There have been no less than 5 court cases all brought about this. Everyone has been rejected because of insufficient evidence. What do you want do?

Your statement shows that you are grossly ignorant. A) Everyone knew there was a problem before the election, and before the electoral votes were counted. B) The cases have been blocked because of a supposed lack of standing, not because of a “lack of evidence.” Since none of them have reached the discovery phase, there has been no “evidence” presented.

In my view, the burden of proof of the proper constitutional credentials still rests on the job applicant.

Your statement is ludicrous because it doesn't take into account the attending physician maybe dead. A birth certificate does not suddenly become invalid simply because the attending physician at a person's birth is no longer physically present due to death or any other reason. By your line of reason all natural born Americans lose that status once the attending physician can no longer be found due to death.

The signature verifies a physician was present at the birth and is valid for as long as the birth certificate holder lives. Moreover Lucas Smith has sworn in the affidavit to verify in court the birth certificate's authenticity and risk prison time should he be lying.

Bill Clinton set the precedent by not releasing his medical records, and Republicans didn't force him to. And don't count on the media's help.

Whether Obama is or is not a "legal American" with a legitimate birth certificate, it will NEVER be required of him to prove it.

BO's/BS's Kenyan birth certificate was not created on the internet! You would know this if you actually took time to examine the BC and read the affidavit! The affidavit confirms its authenticity.It's amazing how people can be in such a state of denial that they can actually rationalize documents right before their very eyes doesn't exist!

You obviously don't comprehend or refuse to accept the purpose of the attending physician's signature is to confirm his presence at the birth long after the doctor is dead and gone and the accompanying affidavit explicitly stating the signer is willing to testify in court to the birth certificate's authenticity and risk imprisonment.

By your line of reasoning it can be argued you are or will be at some point no longer be a natural born citizen because the attending physician at your birth, who signed your birth certificate, is either dead or will die.

That is not a position worthy of discussion.

Witnesses does not mean, "The attending physician!" Your inserting this straw man into the argument and it doesn't mean jack! I deal with affidavits, witnesses, original documents, and what constitutes a legal document every day.

It appears you are clueless on this subject and this is why it's important to obtain solid evidence to present. Keep looking and I really do hope you find something worth a tinker's damn!
