I agree with Gibson. I disagree with sanctimonious twits.

To err is human, to forgive is divine.

Really, don’t tell me there is no Santa Claus. Stop talking to me like I am a child, I was merely talking about him being not only a hunk in the movie - but still with his wife at that point in his life and appeared to have it all under control. That was 15 years ago.

I'm sorry. I didn't intend to offend you. But I don't understand why people fall in love with movie stars.

“But I don’t understand why people fall in love with movie stars.”

I didn’t say love, but Gibson is a good looking man and the roles he played in Braveheart and The Patriot (in particular) were great. Mad Max, excellent movie! Same with James Garner - first saw “The Great Escape” when I was 12 and have been smitten ever since. I can seperate the person from the movie role.

I don’t think I am the only woman that finds leading men attractive.

Ask for forgiveness and understanding. Yes, that is the way Christians should be. I forgive both of them for their adulterous nature. I don't forgive either one of them for supporting Obama...

You and I must meet! I just don’t understand this adoration crap with hollywood celebrities. For one thing the money they donate to people like Obama Kerry Clinton comes from the success of their movies songs etc. Hollywood has no connection to the everyday American people. The other night I saw the Morgans at a friends house well that was the pure example of the coast people and the everyday Americans. The Morgans from New York spent most of the movie making fun of republicans people who have guns the way they eat and live. Mel Gibson is an actor, he pretends for a living and apparently he pretended being married to his wife for a long time.

What happened to Mel? He started to soften and slow down with The Passion, then he went nuts, left his wife and married some young dame. Then he went and got drunk and had his antisemite rant , stars in a shoot-em-up and now this. (((sigh))) kids these days....

I think you got to the heart of the matter. Hollywood is place where people pretend to be somebody they aren't. And then they go on pretending even when they aren't on a movie set, but pretending in order to fool people.
