Earlier today we broke a story about the San Diego runaway Toyota Prius driver James Sikes recently declaring bankruptcy. Now, a review of records shows a link to a sex site for couples and a series of mysterious thefts.

Following up on a tip sent to TTAC, a search of California Business Records shows the company Adutlswinglife LLC is owned by a Mr. James Sikes of Carlsbad, California. The company operates the website AdultSwingLife.com (NSFW), which advertises that it supports "The Adult lifestyle, wife swapping, hook-up, Swinger clubs, adult social club, booty call, Friends with Benefits, NASCA" with webchats, message boards and other services.

Whoa, you begged the question, “was his car really a runaway?” If not, then his personal life really is important to surmise what really was going on.

I knew it too. He said he couldn’t put the car in neutral because he was to busy trying to drive, but he had no problem calling the police.

We were taught how to deal with that situation in Drivers Ed...but that was before cell phones were so common. lol Now, everyone calls 9-1-1 and waits for “instructions.”

wonder if this was all made up so he can sue????

Of course it was! Everything was carefully planned out including his not turning off the car as it's speeding along at 90+ MPH.......while he's talking on the cell phone to the cops waiting for one to catch up to him and pull in front of him to slow his car down.

Sure sounds like it. I think this man could be in a lot of trouble. And personally, I hope he is. Sounds like a low life and he endangered everyone on the road that day, including the police.

In the business this runaway is in...I’d bet my next ss check that the cop knew him.
