I am convinced that the real reason Obama wiped his alleged 7 years of college is that he committed multiple ID fraud.

Unlike you, she’s doing something more than sitting behind her computer and belittling those who are trying to save America.

I’m not belittling her for trying to save America. I’m belittling her for being such a failure at it.

Then it’s wide open for you to go out and make a success of it.

I’m under no obligation to cover for all the losers out there. Nor do I have any intention of fleecing the public out of their hard-earned cash.

With Orly Taitz as both a lawyer and a Doctor, and Obama just signing the Health Care bill, I believe it just gave her “standing”.

She’s a dentist not an M.D. We don’t yet have a ‘right’ to dental care. That’s for his second term.

But I DO wish this woman would just stop. There are a few cases where the attorneys have not been off-the-wall, and who have a sense of how to proceed in legal matters. She just seems clueless on the legal front, and now out there for the publicity (and to save her sorry arse against being disbarred).

...the 999-number given ONLY to Foreign Students attending US colleges.

I don't think that numbers beginning with 999 were ever used by the Social Security Administration. They are invalid numbers and never have been valid. So whoever used one was faking a number and not knowing that it was invalid.

In addition, one need not be a US citizen to obtain a valid SS number. Aliens here legally can do so. One would presume that anyone who made up a 999 number would be an illegal alien without adequate knowledge of the numbering system.

And you know this HOW? Are you an attorney? Could you even come close to what she has accomplished? If so, why haven’t you? Fact is, good or bad, she is keeping this in the public eye, and not letting it go. I don’t see anyone stepping up to the plate, do you?

I have no idea what she has accomplished as a dentist. On the Obama legal cases, however, she has accomplished absolutely nothing but to make a fool out of herself in every venue allowed.

“I don’t see anyone stepping up to the plate, do you?”

As a matter of fact, Donofrio, Apuzzo, Hemenway come to mind. And, they are attorneys one can take seriously.

What has Dr. Taitz accomplished? A lot of publicity, mostly negative, and from every direction, about her ineptitude.

She’s accomplished several complaints to the CA bar for her grossly inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, including one at least by a former client and another by a federal judge. She’s accomplished a $20K sanction from a federal judge, which sanction was upheld by a US Court of Appeals. And she will likely accomplish disbarment before this is over .. NOT for what she supposedly is trying to accomplish but for how she is trying to accomplish it.

This is a big and critical question and is best handled by attorneys qualified to go into court. Anyone who believes Dr. Taitz has advanced the eligibility question one iota is sadly mistaken.

Oh, I'd say Dr. Taitz has definitely advanced the eligibility question ...

... right into the ground.

Incompetent, attention whore, mental case that she is.

I was not even aware of this 'evidence' being used (the 999 SSN). Goodness, I was an international student, and my SSN was exactly like that of any other person. This reminds me of that birth certificate that came out that many claimed was proof Obama was born in Kenya, and when I said it was fake I was attacked. Even though I am Kenyan by birth, and have access to BCs from that era from those older than I am which are not even close to what was shown, even if we ignore other aspects like Kenya being a republic. Also, do not get me started on the whole 'British citizenship' thing ...a lot of family members would have a hoot over that one.

I believe there are two camps of birthers ...the moonbat camp (who try to FORCE issues to fit their mental inanities, with people like Orly and a couple of FReepers here. Examples of lunacy include that scanned BC that was worshiped as the True Cross for a while last year). The second camp is the legitimacy camp that wants to see proof that Obama is eligible to become president. This is a logical coherent camp that is asking questions that are very legitimate, and questions that Obama should answer. Obama is definitely hiding something, and what this camp is trying to do is to force the truth out.

The second camp is the right one. The first camp simply makes the second look stupid.

The problem is the old saying that when you act as your own lawyer you have a fool for a client. Ms. Tietz and the Birthers need competent representation from outside the ranks of the Birthers. Her role as an attorney should be to help select an attorney/attorneys to pursue the claims not pursue them herself, in other words act much like a corporate counsel would for the group.

Unless the Birther movement is represented by outside counsel with a through understanding of the federal courts they are destined to fail no matter how valid their claims may be. Additionally, outside counsel is needed to honestly advise the movement as to the realistic chance of success a particular litigation path offers simply throwing mud against the wall is neither an effective nor successful litigation tactic...
