DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.

The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.

Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

Ginsburg, no doubt, was refering to (as were the Senator's regarding nonbinding resolution 511 conercing McCain's eligibility) the Naturalization Act of 1790.

The "NBC" part of that act was repealed with the Act of 1795. Congress (by itself) does not have the Constitutional authority to define or EXTEND (as the 1790 Act attempted) the definition of Natural Born Citizen. Only a SCOTUS decision on the matter or an Amendment to the Constitution can do that.

Some earlier SCOTUS cases in which they reitterated (in the dicta of the cases) the definition known to the framers: Born in country, to citizen parentS.

Back in the founding era, when the requirement was penned in, and afterward (including during the writing of the 14th Amendment), it's always been about being born in country to citizen parents. That way, there is no chance a child inherits foreign citizenship/allegiance from a foreign parent.

What i know or think i know is academic. Pure conjecture on my part. The man is the POTUS that is a fact. Who is his daddy determines his natural born status correct? Well it is easier to hide who his old man is than the status of his birth. And this may be what he may be trying to hide. Thus he is a natural born citizen if his daddy is also born on US soil. We know obama sr was not american let alone born in the US thus it begs the question: someone else must be his daddy right? I know all this sounds nuts but this is more plausible than the presumption that he was born on foreign soil. The original article supposes that all of the Washington elite is in on this Palease.

There is more than one way to be a natural born citizen. You can be born in Paris of citizen parents (jus sanguinis), as was Ginsburg's grandchild, and you are natural born. You can also be born in the United States of non-diplomat parents (jus soli), and you are natural born. In general, you are either naturalized or a citizen at birth. If you are a citizen at birth, you are natural born. End of story.

I'll play. I was born in Germany on an airbase by two American citizens. I have a short form birth certificate, a long form birth certificate.....and I have my naturalization papers from age 6..... Why would my parents, both born in the US go to that much trouble?

Frank Marshall Davis and Gramps Dunham have been mentioned as possible baby daddies. Obama certainly has a resemblance to both of those men, much more so than BHO senior who he looks nothing like. If either Davis or Dunham were revealed to be the father, BHO would probably qualify as natural born, but his whole story would be shown to be a complete lie. Just watching BOR and Beck reactions would be priceless.

NBC has never been addressed by the courts in direct relation to the presidency.

NBC has been defined in several USSC cases that did not involve questions of the presidency... see Perkins v Elg USSC (1933) Denied a passport by the US Embassy in Sweden where she was living, the court held that Elizabeth Elg was not only a US citizen because she was born in the US, but that she met the requirements for NBC because both of her parents were US Citizens..... backing into it.... yeah I know.........

One of the references that was used by the Founders when they wrote the Constitution was a widely read and understood book by Emmerick Vittal....Law of Nations (1757)...

The courts AFAICT are being cautious in ruling upon this case because of it’s precedent setting nature.... flawed briefs, filed in the wrong courts, will not get traction, we have seen so far.....
