The is one rather extreme beer belly but how would one define a lot of weight around the middle. Does a small amount of fat around the middle count.

Down through the years I have seen plenty of little old ladies and fellows too, that have no beer belly, but do have Alzheimers. That being before they reach the point where they are dropping weight because they don’t eat well. Sometimes I defineately look at research with a very big grain of salt.
