WASHINGTON - MAY 25: Former secretary of state Henry Kissinger (C) arrives with Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry (D-MA) (R) and ranking members Sen. Richard Lugar (R-IN) before a hearing about the new Strategic Arms Treat (START) between Russia and the United States on Capitol Hill May 25, 2010 in Washington, DC. President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitri Medvedev signed the new arms reduction treaty in April. The treaty, which says the two countries must cut back to no more than 800 total launchers and slash their weapons stores by 30 percent, must be approved by the Senate.

There's Adam Clymer--oh, you know Adam Clymer? We democrats identify closely with him. Pheeew, my finger stinks. He's busy nailing up Kennedy pictures, I help him.
He wasn’t unarmed and he wasn’t a teenager. . . . you got the wounded part right though.

>>”He wasnt unarmed and he wasnt a teenager. . . .”
I bow to your superior, and direct, knowledge of the incident in question.
Maybe you can clear up some things I have had trouble with:
The wounded VC— at the time he was killed, was he “armed” with a rocket, a rocket launcher, or both? Loaded and ready to fire?
2 During Kerry’s onshore venture, was the boat under “intense fire?” (per the S Star citation)

Bowing not necessary, but appreciated :)
To answer your questions I would ask you to read both the after-action report, and the citation given to Kerry a week after the incident. The citation pretty much follows the after-action report.

You can see that the answer to your first question is yes. But your second question is based on something which is not in the citation.

I was planning to use your direct knowledge of the incident to show that the silver star award was specious. I have changed my mind, because I assume that you are being truthful, and loyal. So, I will let it be.
DG
p.s. None of the above changes my opinion that John F. Kerry was, and continues to be, a treasonous b*st*rd.
Looks like the next blue Ribbon Commission to investigate some criminal enterprise.
Loyal? That has nothing to do with it. The truth is what it is.

2142 days since John Kerry promised, on national TV, to sign form SF-180 and release his military records.
