Good. Mormon’s shouldn’t back down. Gay marriage is illogical.

It isn't about gay marriage. There is no such thing.

It's about not letting the 2% or less of the population which is homosexual redefine an entire institution for the 98% or so of us who are straight.

I'm surprised this is even seriously being considered in Argentina. I'd thought Latin cultures were nowhere near that slippery slope as compared to ours.

Good. I’m not backing down by any stretch of the imagination.

By the way I’m a proud member of the National Association for the Advancement of Cracker People.

"Marriage is between one man and woman and is ordained of God..."

...or, in the case of Mormonism, one man and one woman... and another woman... and another woman... etc.

I am not a Mormon supporter but even if one were to support multiple wives one would still be physiologically correct. Homosexuality is at best a form of sexual retardation.

Polygamy is a historical part of numerous cultures all over the world. I do not know of any previous culture that has given homosexual unions the same status as married couples.

Many people mention ancient Greece, but my understanding of that period indicates it was still illegal and frowned upon, even though the laws regarding it were not enforced.

Good to see at least ONE religion hasn’t bastardized itself.
