I saw one YouTube where he was ranting to his band, yikes, he just never stopped with the cussing, poor guys. I would have walked out on him.
But, no one could come close to him on the drums. Others were good, but he was a master. Just had to overlook his "TEMPER", lol. Kruppa was the second best, in my opinion and the Drum dual they did was unbelievable.

I love the OLD big bands and geniuses like Rich, and Kruppa for that matter.
