The United Arab Emirates has been pushing hard for the European Union to accept imports from its camel dairy farms.
Until now the EU has not considered the camel to be a dairy animal, but in the last few weeks the legal process has moved along.
Could camel milk soon arrive on a supermarket shelf near you?

Why not? After all, the sweat of a dung eating camel, that is, the Ayatollah Khomeini, lived in Paris for about 20 years.
From what I understand, it has a gamy taste like goat’s milk. It would be interesting to see what the French do in regards to cheese production. A new foodie challenge.
An entire continent up in arms about genetically modified food and seeds. A country that prides itself on Brie and Apfenzeller, Ementhal or Robusto.

Sure...there are enough arabs in Europe right now where there would be an instant market for it.
You can get Kadchgall (camel milk cheese) online. I may try it out.
And sad he was that his favorite Camel was so far away, he missed having more than its’ nose in the tent.
