My daughter is taking a survey for her fourth grade science class. She needs 50 people to answer the following YES/NO questions:
1. Was sending a human to the Moon a good thing?
2. Should NASA build a space station as part of an international project with other countries?
3. Do you think NASA should send astronauts to Mars?
4. Was sending a chimpanzee to space a good idea?
5. Is ending the Space Shuttle program a good idea?

no, we need to maintain a dedicated US manned space flight system. Depending on Russian flights for our astronauts is flatly insane.

5. Is ending the Space Shuttle program a good idea? Only if it is replaced with a updated, more modern (safer) system.

No, the STS program should have evolved over the years instead of being mothballed. All evolved configurations would solve known issues.

A1: YES
IN that it was inspiring etc. However, a part of me thinks that was all staged and that we were actually there in exotic craft before Apollo.
2. Should NASA build a space station as part of an international project with other countries?
A2: NO. Just because I’m hostile to satanic communistic globalism
3. Do you think NASA should send astronauts to Mars?
A3: SURE. Though I’m skeptical they’d do it right. And, again, part of me thinks we’ve been there a long time in exotic craft.
4. Was sending a chimpanzee to space a good idea?
A4: YES. Why risk a human unnecessarily, prematurely?
5. Is ending the Space Shuttle program a good idea?
A5: Yes. I think the shuttle has been a sham from the beginning—a smoke screen hiding the fact that we have had much better craft far safer and more efficient for decades.
