“Takers” is pretty good. So is “Despicable Me.” “Jonah Hex” (certainly a guy flick) is beyond horrible, literally looking like it was put together by high school kids.
Remake
They do. Harry potter, and other kids’ movies, and some animated movies. I’ve been saying for years now that hollywood’s best work is their kids’ movies. Toy story, the incredibles and other animated movies are pretty darn good. Alice in wonder land starring johnny dep was amazing. For adult movies, stallone and bruce willis are still making good original movies if you like the shoot’em up type.

Watched Inception for the first time the other night what a great movie two thumbs up.....
Why do I have the feeling that a lot of women freepers are big fans of Statham? Just a thought.
He was my all time favorite actor........Just read Wikipedia on him, he had one heck of a life history.
I am guilty as charged.
Statham is hot, kind of like Bruce Willis, but hotter.
His voice is wonderful too.

Me too. My one girlfriend and I joke about him being a hottie. Our teen sons just shake their heads in disgust. Sort of funny that they think Moms don’t notice eye candy, huh?

I went to see “The Fighter” with my husband and sister recently. The hubby was amused at how Sis and I reacted to the shirtless Mark Walhberg doing chin-ups. He’s no Jason Statham, but still, not hard to look at for 2 hours.
I guess I will have to go see “The Mechanic”. Right after the latest blizzard clears out of here.
She’d better be talented onscreen, because she’s just not that good lookin’, particularly her rather plain face. Probably most don’t notice that, for some reason, but it’s why I wound up breaking up with her. Plus our spending every night together was interfering with the new job I had then, delivering the WSJ to subscribers on Mars.
Well, they have that in "The Mechanic" remake.
